Bugsy Malone

Written by Alan Parker

Produced by Dave Smith

Production Dates: 4th/5th October 1996

SynopsisWelcome to Fat Sam's Grand Slam Speak-Easy - the liveliest joint in town - in Chicago in the late 1920's. Gangster Dandy Dan is planning to take over the town with the help of his new 'splurge guns'. His main rival, Fat Sam Stacetto, cannot compete in the weaponry department so he enlists the help of the Italian Irish charmer Bugsy Malone. Bugsy Malone thinks on his feet, and Fat Sam hopes Bugsy will be able to help him outwit Dandy Dan and so save his empire. So be prepared to enter an underworld of fast cars, fast guns and even faster woman.
